Yes, all the tours are available by a private van.
We are a group of 20 people. Is it possible to arrange a tour for a large group?
Yes, we can. For details, please contact us separately.
We are a travel agency. Can you arrange hotel booking, transportation arrangement, ticket booking, etc.?
If you are a travel agency, we can arrange them. We are a registered tour service operator (land operator).
Payment and Cancellation Policy
How and when shall I pay the guide fee?
Please pay by credit card via PayPal when you book a tour to secure your reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Following is our cancellation policy:
If you booking is cancelled 21 days or more prior the tour refund – 100%
If you booking is cancelled 20-15 days prior the tour – 80% refund
If you booking is cancelled 14-8 days prior the tour – 60% refund
If you booking is cancelled 7-4 days prior the tour – 40% refund
If you booking is cancelled 3-1 days prior the tour – 20% refund
If you booking is cancelled within 24 hours prior the tour – 0% refund
