We are planning a two week tour in Japan. Can you guide us through the tour?
Yes, we can. Please book a customized tour for 2 weeks (14 days).
I want to learn how to wear kimono. Can you arrange it?
Yes, we can arrange a private kimono-wearing class by a first-class kimono dressing instructor. For details, please contact us separately.
My mother is moving in a wheelchair. Can you arrange a tour by a private van?
Yes, all the tours are available by a private van. Please refer to “Options” in Price page for details.
We are a group of 20 people. Is it possible to arrange a tour for a large group?
Yes, we can. For details, please contact us separately.
We are a travel agency. Can you arrange hotel booking, transportation arrangement, ticket booking, etc.?
Since we are a registered tour service operator, we can arrange them if you are a travel agent. Please contact us separately for details.
If we take hot spring baths in Hakone Yumoto, how much more we need to pay?
It depends on which hot springs you will choose. (e.g.) Hakone Yuryo Day-use Hot Springs: The entrance fee is 1,500JPY/person for public baths. If you prefer a private open-air bath, it will be 4,300～6,300JPY/hour.
Can I make changes after I booked?
Yes. If you would like to make changes such as removing or adding someone, changing the date or time, etc., please contact us by e-mail. As for the change of tour date, please let us know at least 2 weeks before the tour date.
Where are the starting and ending points of the tour?
Normally we will start and end at your hotel, but they can be changed upon your request.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
How and when shall I pay the guide fee?
Please pay by credit card via PayPal when you book a tour to secure your reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Following is our cancellation policy:
If your booking is cancelled 21 days or more prior the tour: 100% refund
If your booking is cancelled 20-15 days prior the tour: 80% refund
If your booking is cancelled 14-8 days prior the tour: 60% refund
If your booking is cancelled 7-4 days prior the tour: 40% refund
If your booking is cancelled 3-1 days prior the tour: 20% refund
If your booking is cancelled within 24 hours prior the tour: 0% refund
